"Casa One" is a 2.5 bedroom 2-bath beachfront home in Las Conchas. This home boasts a spacious great room with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. The great room has ample seating, the dining table has seating for six, the kitchen has all major appliances, including a dishwasher, and many small appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. The master bedroom has a king bed and a twin with pullout trundle, private bath and patio access. Bedroom two has a king bed and a twin with a pull out trundle. Both master suites have a TV/DVD/VCR and Video Game Hook up capabilities. The laundry room holds a set of bunk beds with a pullout trundle for sleeping two or three more people. The outside covered patio extends the length of the house with patio furniture provided and a charcoal BBQ, (bring own charcoal). Other amenities include Satellite TV with over 300 channels, VCR, radio, CD player, central AC/Heat and fans throughout, and Internet. Purified Drinking Water, Sheets and one set of bath towels provided at no Extra Charge.
No minimum stay required. Small deposit, just ask. We are very easy to do business with. The owner has loving home and wants to share with guests who will have memorable family vacations and good times.
